content using artificial intelligence, schedule and publish posts to supported social media platforms,
and manage and automate social media marketing workflows. We may update, modify, or
discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you have
the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, are using the App for lawful business or personal
purposes, and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current
account information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us immediately
of any unauthorised access or security breach. You are solely responsible for all activities
conducted under your account.
4. Social Media Integrations
When you connect third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, you authorise
the App to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Posting actions are subject to each
platform’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms,
including content removal or account restrictions.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit or generate using the App. By using the App, you
grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, display, and publish User
Content as instructed by you. You represent that your User Content does not infringe any
third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to violate laws, platform policies, or third-party rights, post illegal or
harmful content, attempt unauthorised access, or distribute malware or spam. We reserve the right
to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided as-is and may require human review. We do not guarantee
accuracy, completeness, or suitability. You remain fully responsible for content published using the
App.
8. Fees and Payments
Certain features may require payment. Fees are disclosed before purchase and are non-refundable
unless required by law. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in service suspension.
9. Intellectual Property
All App software, branding, and system content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected
by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or exploit any part of the App without
written permission.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, pose security or legal risks, or if
required by law. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, access to the App
will cease.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Use
of the App is at your own risk. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the
preceding 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the App, User
Content, or violation of these Terms.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or failures. Your use of third-party services
is at your own risk.

acceptance.
